We have done it again, This months new feature includes a ticketing & support extension

– Support tickets and ticket Answers management
– Support Vouchers Sections management
– Confirm tickets priorities direction
– Capability to decide whether to provide support only for specific customer groups
– Invite users to sections to get a fine-grained ticketing system- enable users to create service tickets to get clients
– enable clients to make support tickets- Allow clients to rate user responses to the timeframe that they are Permitted to do it
– Email alerts for customers and clients if a new ticket is created or new response added- Automatically close inactive service tickets after a specified Time Period
– Automatically assignment of consumers to support tickets that two users do not answer same ticket at same time
